Dear Rui Pires
Whilst you claim that the images of Turning are licensed under Creative Commons, in fact you do not have any permission from the artists or the producers of Turning to photograph the performance or to publish or distribute any such photographs.
As you know, an announcement was made prior to the performance that photography and recording were not permitted.
Please remove the images from this site and any others to which you have posted them.

Dear David Metcalfe
As you should be aware of, the photographers credited by the institution "Theatro Circo", including myself, were alowed to register the two first songs at the beginning of the performance. These images were taken at that moment of the show, so I think there's no issue about this.
About the Creative Commons licence, it is intended to protect my individual work, such as the images made from "Turning", and it does not substitute any rights that you may claim about the show.
